  1. Just wanted to say that last nights event at B&N was absolutely great. So exciting to see a big audience, Kristin was wonderfully entertaining and engaging, and certainly underscored the NECESSITY of an audio version of the book ASAP. After the event she told me she was completely nervous the whole time, but it certainly did not show. Thank you as always to Kristin and Billy for a memorable and heartfelt evening. I am turning page after page of the book instead of getting any work done!

  2. Yes! Yes! Yes! All of that. It was such a great time, a moving experience. I feel so lucky to have been able to actually make it down and be there. If I weren't so exhausted I'd say more, but the recording should say it all - I'm so happy B&N posted the video so soon too: http://media.barnesandnoble.com/?fr_story=261f207a436c3f6ef7359d34a1f5af0967e359bf&rf=bm Now I can relive the night and laugh and cry all over again.

  3. Thank you, Tine! And thank you Barnes & Noble! Watching now :-)

  4. Couldn't agree more! The performances and readings were really great, and it means a lot to me to have signed copies of Rat Girl and the Crooked book. I've been looking forward to reading it for so long!

  5. I was just going to watch the beginning and ended up watching the whole thing. It's sad and funny and sweet.

It's great to have this video. Thanks for posting the link, Tine.

  6. Wow. Just...wow. I don't think that I've ever watched *anything* near this length streaming on the InterWebs before, but that hour just flew by. It is sad and funny and sweet, and I am grateful to everyone involved for making this available, especially Kristin! Wow....

  7. What a great show. Charming, even. I've posted the weebage.
