i tried to click the link for "buy tickets" and get the venue page, but the calendar page seems to be acting up.
I would like to try to make this show as well, but if I can't buy a ticket, I guess I'm out of luck?
I should probably email the venue, or something?

yeah, I don't consider ticketmaster being lucky. I think I bought one...I can't remember. maybe that was for the Cambridge show?

that reminds me that i should buy tickets for this show. trying to think if i'll be in nyc anytime soon -- the mercury lounge and the billsburg music hall are box office for all bowery presents shows from 12-7pm and i'd rather avoid the ticketmaster fees if at all possible.
hah, yes heather I shivered a bit myself when I wrote about ticketmaster being lucky for you.
But considering you came from a place where you couldn't get a link to buy the ticket at all, and I showed you a place where you could easily and reliably get a ticket from a known (and yes, evil) entity, I'd say overall you were indeed in luck :)
