The two booklets for the ep's are just one page each. So technically they are back covers rather that a "booklet". There are no other pages. Hope that helps.
Well, no, it doesn't. I have the adobe reader 9.3 which is the latest version, but that doesn't give a clue because if it worked for you, why doesn't it work for me? Could anybody send me the 3 covers to my email address (which would be by far the simplest solution) ? Thanks !

Ok, I've just understood what you previously said (just woke up, hardly slept, well...). But that looks weird, looks like something's missing, isn't it? I guess I'll scan one of the page of the book...
Me again, I've just had breakfast and my mind's almost clear enough to see where the catch is : on the http://kristinhersh.cashmusic.org/crooked/ page you can see the 3 covers. So my question is simple : Where can we get them?
I know what you mean nico. Ive put them here for you. The originals are only small so I've enlarged them as well. The wording on them is a bit indistinct.
Click on thumbnails first to open the jpeg before right clicking and "save as".

I'm sorry I didn't realize it was the front cover's that you wanted. Not to out do you toryrd, but I have the enlarged covers without the letters being indistinct and blurry. They are here
