    Please enjoy...

  2. Another stunner!! It's gonna be strange hearing the final Muses versions of these songs, but man, am I ever excited!

  3. I reaaaallllllllly like it!

  4. I have the dumbest question in the world, but hey, look at my user name.

Is the name of the track "Cherry Candy/Dripping Trees" as it appears just about everywhere or is it "Cherry Candy-Dripping Trees" as it imported into iTunes? I guess I'm asking are the trees dripping cherry candy? I'm leaning with the former since that's how Billy posted it, but I'm a bit of a stickler for punctuation and want the name of the song to appear in iTunes exactly as it was intended by K. Is that wrong?

But I'm wondering if iTunes knows something we don't, which the more I think of it, is preposterous, because iTunes is mostly pretty stupid.

  5. Dim,

Actually, not a dumb question at all. iTunes converts slashes to dashes, as (from what I remember reading a long time ago) the slash is a special character for either iTunes or Mac OS X.

I do have some songs in iTunes which I have manually changed back to having the slash in the title, and they seem to work fine.

If it'll make you feel better, I'd say go ahead and change the name of the track. ;- )

  6. Right on, thanks much for the advice.

The odd thing was that iTunes surprisingly put the slash in Curtains / Triangle Quantico, but that may have been due to the spaces.

    So, a slash it is!

On to the music, the song is wonderful!

  7. Dim, from what I understand, the last two demos are pairs of "married" ideas.

The titles are each individual short pieces that work well together.

  8. Yes, these "slashed" downloads are fragments... they're free to morph into whatever they'd like by the time Throwing Muses are finished with them I imagine.
