  1. When Monday night got me all nostalgic and looking for a reminder of past Muses gigs I came upon this website. I do love thsese things, not least because sometimes you get reminded of stuff you'd forgotten (e.g. I couldn't remember/work out where the Real Ramona Scottish gigs were!) Old age isn't funny.

Does anyone know if it's still being maintained? Although the fact that there's nothing post 2003 suggests not.

I've got some info on a couple of UK tours which are more or less omitted (Hunkpapa I in 1989 and Red Heaven 1992).

  2. Might have this wrong, but is this Marcels's old site, which Jeff is now hosting...?

  3. Indeed, that was/is mine. This has actually been hosted by Jeff since, I believe, May 2004. Jeff also hosted my/the first website dealing with 50FootWave btw; when the open rehearsal in October 2003 had just been...

I cannot remember exactly but I think it was during 2004 that I started the now defunct gloryweed.com (for everything 50FootWave) and countingbackwards.com (for everything Muses). The last one had an extensive discography mainly based on the items I own (and of those owned by a few others). I handed over my Excel-file with all the items I own, combined with all the items I knew existed at that time, to Laura which is now part of hersh-head.com. Although my own discography was way more extensive but that is not Laura's main goal anyway. I am particularly pleased that Laura has taken over the role of having a fan site. There used to be quite a few but nowadays her site seems to be the only one... And, mind you, it's fucking great!

Time was mainly the reason I stopped working on those sites; I have a job now (I was still a student back then) and that's pretty time consuming... Plus the fact that hosting costed quite a bit didn't help too...

So you are right: the website Jeff hosts has never been updated, and never will be. There is a Wiki live section where tour dates are being added and updated though: http://kristinlive.wikispaces.com/ You can add all the info you have to this site! My website formed the basis for this and this wiki thing is waaaaay more extensive, of course!

  4. Thanks, Marcel. I'll have a look at the wikispaces thing and see if my info has made it there via someone else.

  5. Had a look and have a few things to contribute. If I can work out how!
