  1. i canceled my CC today cause i got a different one and then i went to paypal to change the default card and i didnt read the warning message cause im dumb and it canceled my CASH subscription :-(

i didnt want to do that. is the easiest thing just to resubscribe?
    sorry :-(

  2. you can email help@cashmusic.org to find out the best way to handle that...

  3. thankey!

  4. Lisa,

Exactly the same happened to me last month.

The friendly and efficient Jesse at Cashmusic confirmed when I was paid up to (Nov. 27th in my case), and I'm re-commencing my sub from that date.

  5. very cool! i sent them an email yesterday with all the info :-)

  6. @lisajay: Yes, it's simply a matter of re-subscribing. CASH will eliminate any duplicate info.

  7. i never got a response from my email. should i go ahead and just resubscribe then?

  8. @lisajay: Yes, I'm sorry, it would've been me replying to you...so I thought it was done. Apologies for the muddy communication!

  9. Great I shall do it tonight! I guess since Im at work right now they would like me to "work."
    hmph

    thanks! :-)

  10. ok i re-signed up. does that mean im all back to where i was?? i had to pay the $30 again so i guess im now a new member?

    im confused.

  11. @lisajay: Now I'm confused. Did you pay the last quarter and then accidentally cancel your subscription? You shouldn't pay twice in any quarter.

Maybe you should email help@cashmusic.org and break it down for us...someone will get you a specific and clear answer asap. If for some reason that's not what happens, please let me know!

  12. Billy,

What seems to happen is that when your credit/debit card expires and you delete the old one first before entering the new card's details on PayPal any subscriptions seem to be automatically cancelled.

What you should do is check when you're paid up to ( if you don't know Jesse from Cash will know) and recommence payments from then - otherwise you may end up paying extra.

As I said above, all this happened to me last month.

    Hope this helps.
