Not yet tried to buy this yet, as I'm at work, but on the Lime homepage it says the store is only for US customers.
Is there an 'official' way for the rest of the world to d/l?

Yeah there is a way but it's not for a public forum - if there was a PM section here I'd be able to tell you exactly how to do it!

Does this mean it might be available through the CASH site at some point?
