Saw you twice over that stretch, very interesting type of performance....saw no local reviews but the Edinburgh Evening News declared your show to be be the best thing Festival goers could experience on the day of your last show there......quite interesting to relate the songs to the prose.....or does that make them prongs? I was wondering whether to try to meet you during the day, but there was a helluva lot on, and I ended up hanging out with, and showing around, a load of French guys new to the city.....
So a spoken word album by Kristin Hersh might be: "Prongs" by Kristin Hersh? Another of my favourite ideas is you writing an albumful of new prongs and one of your chilleddren doing all the programming of a synth for the prospective accompaniment instead of those usual wood and gut things you lug around. Not that I've got anything against harpsichords. Nuff from me, Love, Dave.
