   It took us a little while to settle on a way forward but it was important to us that we maintain an open channel of communication with you. Thanks for being patient. Assuming you were.

   We're hoping to keep this forum as a sort of Q & A space for all things Kristin - our Customer Service Center, if you will. Or for that matter, even if you won't. If you have a question, concern or idea you want to share, please do.
